UPCOMING EVENTS

The Stanwood Ham Fest is coming up on May 12, 9AM - 3PM at Stanwood Middle School, 9405 271st St NW, Stanwood. As usual, the club will have several tables. If you have items that you would like the club to sell for you (with a small fee given to the club for the service) or items you would like to donate to the club for us to sell, contact Steve, WB5OMP, at shfoster <at> usa <dot> net (converted to standard format).

May's Board of Directors' meeting will be on Monday, May 21, 7PM at the DEM OFFICE (NOT THE FREELAND LIBRARY where we usually meet). All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

May's general meeting will be on Saturday, May 26 at the Commissoners' Hearing Room and will include a program by Willie, KD7X, on digital operations.

Coupeville Memorial Day Parade will be Saturday, May 26. Contact Mike, WT7H at frost <dot> fed <at> frontier <dot> com (converted to standard format). Mike needs more volunteers. If you are coming to the club meeting, it would be easy to staff one of the later parade route positions immediately after.

The June Board of Directors' meeting will be on Monday, June 18, 7PM at the FREELAND LIBRARY (the normal location).

Field Day is the weekend of 23 - 24 June. Set up will be on Friday 22 June. Our FD operation will be held at the South Whidbey Community Park. If you want to help out, contact Wayne, WJ7H, at wj7h <at> hotmail <dot> com (converted to standard format). And everyone should plan to be there for the food, fun and socializing. The monthly general meeting is held at Field Day, somewhere around 1PM on Saturday.

ICARC dues are $25/year, $ 40/year for a family and $ 15/year for a student.
